Our intercooler hard pipe kits provide a full upgrade path to those old and tired OE style hoses. We assemble these with our premium aluminium pipes, coupled to our fluorosilicone joiners, and all secured with our dual bead stainless hose clamps. No more pinching hoses, no more split rubbers, no more pressure loss which can cause performance lag.

Designed to fit the 2012 – 2016 3.0L Isuzu DMAX and MUX, these aluminium hard pipe conversion kits address the flaw with OE rubber hoses that can expand and split under pressure, and are also known to prematurely fatigue.

The kit features a polished aluminium hard pipe which reduces one of the common points of failure with original style rubber hoses.

FVMQ Oil Resistance: FVMQ Fluorosilicones offer the highest level of oil resistance amongst the most common elastomers and are a popular solution within the aviation industry.
