DO88 BMW F8X M2C M3 M4 INTERCOOLER PIPES

The S55 twin-turbo engine that powers the BMW M2C / M3 / M4 F8X is equipped with plastic intercooler pipes. These pipes are a weak link on any tuned car or in some cases even on a stock tune. The OE plastic pipes often crack and split at the turbo connections leaving you with a boost leak.

Squeezing in large pipes as 2.25 (57mm) is a challenge sincethere is not that much clearance between the engine cover and valve cover. Many after-market intercooler pipes make it impossible to snap the engine cover rubber grommets correctly onto its lock pins.DO88 have solved this issue by designing this pipeto include longer OE-style locking pipes for the engine cover.

DO88’sfinal design is a full aluminum construction with mandrel bent pipes and CNC machined turbo flanges.DO88 also includes more durable silicone hoses that connectsthe pipes to the intercooler inlet flanges. For a cool stealthy look DO88 includes matte black hose clamps.
